You absolutely should go use that vault toilet in the Snowblind campground right now it is pristine

First time pedaling an e-MTB, and it was a proper trail for it. Jeep road and moto-legal singletrack, with a massive climb and descent. I now understand when people say “You can still get a workout on an e-bike” but let me tell you, it’s not the same workout. But if you push the pedals hard enough to do the 3500′ climb that normally takes you 2-1/2 hours, in just one hour, then you’re doing something. I’m not anti-e, but also still not convinced that there’s a place for one in my current life. I’ll still pedal Canyon Creek under self-power, and it’ll be just as good. Heck, it’ll take longer so maybe that’s even better?

Anycrap, I haven’t ridden Canyon Creek in a few years. The climb still sucks, even with a motor.

Views for days.

I am super Quartz curious, really need to get on that one of these days soon.

It’s always a joy to be in the high country, above treeline, with a good friend or five. Today was no exception. Also a treat that Hirsch has only ridden this trail a couple of times, so it was like brand new for him!

Gummy bear pic for Dr. Dave.

Seems like there’s been some trail work on the singletrack, because it was riding real nice! Totally ripping, shredding, or whatever you want to call it. Type 1 fun, A+ no notes.
